Love

In my teens, like every girl,I too dreamed of love. Maybe influenced by those childhood fairy tales, my vision of my lover used to be riding a horse, in shining armour; a knight in shining armour from the U.S.My mother always told me how lucky I would be if I get a husband settled in the "U.S." So I dreamt of a life in a land far away from home; and not just a life, i dreamt of freedom and love in a unknown land...

"a knight in shining armour from the U.S" - now, that's the most hilarious thing I've ever heard off till now.

And 'workhard' - That's the difference of being a male and a female. Girls are very practical about their life 'coz they are made aware of their position in this world by the nature itself and the people around them, right from the day they start "loosing blood". But we guys, are hopeless. We are neither aware of our position in this world or in other's life and are always brought up under the wrong impression that this is a man's world. But we eventually grow up to find out that it's all not so. And so what we seek is a domestic security, an emotional intimacy and comfort and of course sex from who ever the girl is in our lives, no matter where we want to go and what we want to become - an engineer, a doctor, a musician, a plumber, or even the president of our country!

yeah, guess most girls do so now, including me. Dearie on the other hand was feeded on the dreams she had.It was not her own, but the ones fed to her from her overpowering family back in those time when everything from "America" or " foreign" was supposed to be the finest.
